              Introduction
                                                                                                    PE Sheath
              The fibres are placed in a loose tube made of high modulus                            Compound
              plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling                         Tube (PBT)
              compound. A piece of Fibre Reinforced Plastic(FRP) locates                                Jelly
              in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member. The                              Fiber
              tubes and fillers are stranded around the strength member                                 FRP
              into a compact and circular cable core. The cable is completed
              with a polyethylene (PE) sheath.
